勞動力量是有限
勞雖然是不可怕
但一定不可太累
超過了負荷容量
易造成身體傷害
每天工作八小時
工作完畢要運動
聽些音樂減壓力

The limit of your energy

Everyone’s energy has a limit. Don’t overwork to the degree that makes you extremely tired. If you exceed your energy limit, it may cause health issues. Limit yourself to 8 hours of work per day. Make sure you do exercises after work. Relax and listen to some music to relieve your stress.

懂得拒絕

做人要懂得拒絕
對沒時間做的事
不可應承要拒絕
對沒興趣的活動
更加要說個不字
對不能升任的事
千期不可以亂做
誠懇拒絕是上策

Learn to say “No”

We all must learn to say “No”. Don’t promise to do things when you don’t have time. Say “No” to things in which you don’t have any interest. Don’t commit to move to a higher ranking job and be responsible for things that you can’t deliver. The best and honest approach is to say “No”.
